北京市学习科学学会简介

北京市学习科学学会

    北京市学习科学学会(Beijing Academy Of Learning Science,简称BAOLS)是由北京市民政局批准成立的北京市一级学会。学会由北京师范大学教授、博士生导师、北京师范大学原党委书记周之良先生和北京师范大学、北京教育学院、北京市澳罗拉国际教育文化交流中心自愿联合发起成立,是受北京市社会科学界联合会直接管理的致力于学习科学研究和实践的社会团体。2010年,加入北京市科协。

    学会的成立,吸引了北京市120余家中小学职业学校,百余名中小学校长,以及社会各界有志于研究学习科学人士的广泛参与。学会现有会员(单位及个人)150余个,并下设校长发展专委会和心理专委会两家分支机构。

    学会自成立以来,紧紧围绕“为教育决策服务、为基层学校服务、为会员单位服务”的宗旨,重点在友善用脑研究、承接政府职能转移、学术研究与交流等方面开展工作。具体如下:

    开展“友善用脑”研究:多年来,学会围绕主研方向“友善用脑”开展相关课题研究,积极申报“十二五”课题,在全国范围内开展深入研究;立足“友善用脑”组织开展各项境外学术交流活动,与美国哥伦比亚大学教育学院、美国蒂芬大学,新西兰路易艾黎学院建立了密切的合作关系,并已连续举办多期“友善用脑”教师境外(新西兰)培训班;立足“友善用脑”连续两年举办连续性学术会议,打造“首都学习科学论坛”“友善用脑全国高峰论坛”等品牌活动;立足“友善用脑”开展友善用脑及课堂教学展评活动,力促教师教学方式转变。

    承接政府职能转移:连续三年承担北京市教委人事处委托的北京市中小学教师友善用脑培训项目;2011、2013年承担北京市社工委政府购买社会组织服务项目,2012、2013年连续两年承担北京市民政局福彩公益金购买社会组织公益服务项目,助力弱势群体孩子与普通孩子在蓝天下共同快乐成长。

    服务首都城市发展:与北京青少年服务中心联合启动《北京市青年生活及发展状况调查》,为共青团组织和社会各机构更好地为青年发展提供支持和帮助;连续三年参与北京市中小学基础教育阶段创新人才培养项目,为创新人才培养模式探索提供借鉴与参考;承担北京教科院学情调查研究项目,为教育改革和教育部门决策提供依据和参考。

    提高公众科学素质:以“友善用脑城市穿越”为载体,结合不同时事主题,开展品牌科普活动;积极探索学生社科人文素质提升活动方式,社科普及进校园等活动卓有成效;开展社科系列科普讲座,发挥社会服务功能。

    承担各类教育培训:学会与北京师范大学、北京教育科学研究院、北京教育学院、全国学习科学研究会等高校、学术机构、社会团体有着密切的合作关系,面向会员校开展不同层次、主题的教育培训,在融洽师生关系,改革课堂教学,促进基础教育均衡发展等方面发挥了很好的作用,得到参训代表广泛好评。

    学会的教育交流、教育培训等工作由学会下属单位北京市澳罗拉国际教育文化交流中心具体承担。

 

 

 Beijing Academy of Learning Science

    Beijing Academy of Leaning Science (BALS, for short) established in 2008 is a non-governmental organization engaged in learning scientific research and practice and directly managed by Beijing Federation of Social Sciences whose Honorary President is Professor Zhou Zhiliang, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Normal University, and whose President is Mr. Ma Xianping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Institute of Education and in which there are 8 vice-presidents including Mr. Fang Zhongxiong, President of Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences. In order to popularize the knowledge about learning science and the research results of pedagogy and brain science, in October, 2010, BALS applied for becoming a member of Beijing Association of Science &Technology and was admitted. Now BALS has established 2 specialized committees: the Committee of Psychology and the Committee for the Advancement of School Leaders. The 2 committees have accepted more than 100 psychologists and school leaders from 91 middle and primary schools in Beijing as their members so as to promote the research on the special subjects about Learning Science.

    BALS aims at serving the making of educational policies and the developing of grassroots schools and its membership units, with the great emphasis laid on academic researches and exchanges. So far, BALS has completed several governmental projects, excluding the Brain-friendly Teacher Training Project commissioned by Beijing Municipal Committee of Education and the service of public good supported by the Public Welfare Fund from the welfare lottery, a project commissioned by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs. Moreover, BALS has conducted the following academic activities: the Capital Forum of Learning Science, the Brain-friendly Forum, the Seminar for Brain-friendly Brain-health Exercises, the Brain-friendly city-cross project, the development of Brain-friendly educational software, the publishment of academic works, the popularization of scientific knowledge and the organization of middle and primary school teachers to get their advanced study abroad and exchange their teaching experience with the foreigners of the same occupation.
